Cancel/Change Order Policy

At Kongziyue, we pride ourselves on our efficient logistics and rapid fulfillment process. We understand that mistakes can happen or preferences can change shortly after a purchase is made. To provide the best service for our customers shopping for Blouses, T-shirts, Tank Tops, and Camis, we have established clear guidelines for order modifications and cancellations.

Time-Sensitive Notice: Because we commit to a 1-2 day handling time, the window for changes is extremely narrow. Our fulfillment system is integrated with our warehouse, and once an order reaches the "Processing" stage, it may be impossible to stop.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been processed for shipping. Once the order cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) has passed, or once a shipping label has been generated for your package, the order can no longer be canceled.

2. Changing Your Order

We strive to accommodate changes to your order to ensure you receive the exact apparel you desire. Change requests are subject to product availability and the current status of your order in our fulfillment cycle.

2.1 Modification Options

  • Address Changes: Correcting a typo or changing a house number.
  • Size/Color Swaps: Swapping a T-shirt or Blouse for a different size (if in stock).
  • Quantity Adjustments: Adding or removing a Cami or Tank Top from the order.

Please note that if a change results in a different order total, we may need to cancel the original order and have you place a new one to ensure secure payment processing through our gateways (Visa, Credit Card, or PayPal).

3. How to Submit a Request

To ensure your request is seen by our team before the order ships, please follow these specific instructions:

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  1. Email support@kongziyue.com immediately.
  2. Use the Subject Line: URGENT: Change/Cancel Order #[Your Order Number].
  3. Clearly state the specific change or the desire to cancel in the body of the email.
  4. Contact us within our support hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST).

4. After the Package Has Shipped

If your order has already been picked up by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we cannot intercept the package or modify the contents. In this event, you should:

  • Wait for the delivery to arrive (3-8 business days).
  • Do not refuse the delivery, as this can lead to lost packages and delayed refunds.
  • Follow our 60-day Return Policy once the items are in your possession.
  • Remember that we offer $0 restocking fees, so your full purchase price will be protected during the refund process.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If a cancellation is successful, Kongziyue will process your refund immediately. Per our standard policy, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. PayPal users typically see the funds returned to their balance almost instantly once processed, while credit card users may see a delay depending on their bank.
