1. Shipping Rates and Currency

We believe that fashion should be accessible without the complexity of variable shipping calculations based on weight or destination within our primary service area.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

2.1 Order Cut-off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders successfully placed and payment-authorized before this time will enter our processing system on the same business day. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST, or during weekends and public holidays, will be initiated on the subsequent business day.

2.2 Handling Time (1-2 Business Days)

During the handling phase, our warehouse team performs several critical tasks:

  • Verification of order details and payment security.
  • Physical picking of items (Blouses, T-shirts, Tank Tops, or Camis) from our inventory.
  • Rigorous quality inspection to ensure no manufacturing defects are present.
  • Secure packaging using professional-grade materials to prevent transit damage.
This process typically concludes within 1 to 2 business days.

 

2.3 Transit Time (3-8 Business Days)

Once the handling phase is complete and your package is handed over to our carrier network, the transit phase begins. For domestic shipments within the United States, transit typically requires 3 to 8 business days. Please note that transit times may vary slightly based on the geographical distance from our fulfillment center to your specific delivery address.

3. Delivery Services & Tracking

Kongziyue partners with the United States' most reputable courier services to guarantee the integrity of our deliveries. Depending on the efficiency of local routes and the size of your shipment, your order will be delivered by one of the following providers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

3.1 Order Tracking Integration

This communication will include your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status on their website.

4. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

Currently, Kongziyue focuses exclusively on serving customers within the United States. We strive to provide comprehensive coverage; however, some restrictions apply:

  • P.O. Boxes: We do deliver to P.O. Boxes via USPS; however, transit times may be slightly longer than standard residential addresses.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Addresses: We proudly support our military and diplomatic personnel by shipping to these addresses, though please anticipate an extended transit window beyond the standard 8 days due to military mail handling.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Address Accuracy Requirement

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please ensure that house numbers, street names, apartment units, and zip codes are verified. Kongziyue cannot be held liable for shipments that are delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the purchaser. If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-send the item.

5. Change of Shipping Address

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our support team at support@kongziyue.com immediately. We can modify the shipping destination as long as the order has not yet entered the "Shipped" status. Once the parcel is in the possession of USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are unable to redirect it or change the delivery details.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within the handling window, provided the package has not been picked up by the courier. To request a cancellation, please contact our support desk during our operational hours. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard Return & Refund procedure upon receipt of the items.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

While we entrust your orders to the highest-rated carriers, occasional transit issues may occur. Kongziyue takes full responsibility for ensuring your product reaches you safely.

7.1 Damaged Items

If your package arrives visibly damaged or if the contents (Blouses, T-shirts, etc.) are compromised, please take photographs of the packaging and the damaged goods. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@kongziyue.com with these details so we can initiate an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement.

7.2 Missing Parcels

If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but you have not received the package, we recommend the following steps:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If the package remains missing after 24 hours, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

 

8. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During high-volume periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday season, processing and transit times may be extended due to carrier capacity limits. While Kongziyue maintains our 1-2 day handling commitment, we encourage customers to place orders earlier during these periods to account for potential carrier-side delays.
