We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

5. Shipping Governance

The delivery of products purchased on Kongziyue is facilitated by third-party carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are committed to a 1-2 day handling time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen weather events.

6. Returns and Refund Rights

Your purchase is governed by our 60-Day Return Policy. Refunds are processed within 7 business days once the item is returned to us in its original condition. We do not charge restocking fees, but return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer unless the item is proven defective.
