- Authorization happens immediately to ensure funds are available for your order.
- The transaction will appear on your statement as "Kongziyue".
- If your payment is declined, please verify that your billing address matches the information on file with your bank exactly.
4. PayPal Purchase Protection
By choosing our recommended method, PayPal, you benefit from their extensive Purchase Protection program. If your order of Blouses or T-shirts does not arrive within our 3-8 day transit window or is significantly different than described, PayPal's dispute resolution center can assist you in addition to our own dedicated customer support team.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination of your order and the current tax laws of that specific jurisdiction. The final tax amount will be clearly displayed during the final stage of checkout before you confirm your payment.
Fraud Prevention Notice
To protect our customers and the integrity of our store, all orders are subject to a standard fraud screening process. Any order that appears suspicious or fails our security verification may be canceled and refunded within our 7-day refund window. 6. Refund Method
In accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, all refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid via PayPal, the funds will be returned to your PayPal account. If you used a Visa or other credit card, the refund will be credited back to that specific card. We cannot issue refunds to alternative bank accounts or credit cards.
